Q: My internet connection has dropped. Can I continue with my purchases?

A: Yes, of course. We save your cart for one week and notify you by email where you can always find a link to resume your purchases.



Q: Can I use the cash on delivery method of payment?

A: No, we do not have that option. Our site is 100% secure and certified by Shopify Payments, so you can use your card without any problem. You can always request a refund in case something went wrong with your package.



Q: How quickly will my order arrive?

A: After the order is placed, it takes up to a day to deliver it to the supplier. Then, in up to 2 days it is processed. You get the tracking number and the order is shipped. After that it takes up to 6-11 days to deliver it. You will receive a tracking number to track your order. Check our Shipping Policy page to learn more.



Q: My rebate has not been applied. What do I have to do to get it?

A: All promotional codes promised to you on our social networks or on the site should be 100% applicable. If you noticed that the code did not work, please let us know and we will make sure you get what you were promised.



Q: Should I put the canvas on a frame before or after painting?

A: We recommend that you put it on first and then start painting; if you stretch it after you finish painting, the paint may break and ruin your artwork.



Q: How should I paint the unnumbered gray areas on the canvas?

A: In your drawing set there are little tubes with a white dot at the top. You need to use them to paint the gray areas.



Q: How could I change/correct my address?

A: We can only change or correct your shipping address if you have not yet received your tracking number. In this case you can contact our customer service and ask them to change the address as soon as possible
